Nature of Services
All services provided by The Innovative Design Group are professional services. This may include strategy, implementation, or a combination of both, depending on the scope outlined in your agreement.
Services may be delivered through fixed timelines, phased milestones, ongoing monthly retainers, or a hybrid structure, as defined in your contract or proposal.
Project Start Requirements
Work begins only after all required items have been received, including a signed contract, paid invoice or deposit, and any required onboarding materials. No timelines are guaranteed or initiated prior to these conditions being met.
Timelines and Delivery
Project timelines are established based on the agreed scope of work and assume timely client participation. Timelines are dependent on client responsiveness, approvals, feedback, and the delivery of required materials or content.
If client delays occur, delivery timelines will be extended accordingly. Delays caused by the client do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for refunds.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, requested content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Failure to do so may impact project timelines, deliverables, or overall outcomes.
Clients acknowledge that active participation is required for successful project completion.
Paused or Suspended Work
The Innovative Design Group reserves the right to pause or suspend work if client communication stalls, required materials are not provided, or approvals are delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe.
Paused projects may require rescheduling and may be subject to updated timelines or availability upon resumption.
Ongoing Services and Retainers
For ongoing or retainer-based services, work is performed during the active billing period. Unused time or deliverables do not roll over unless explicitly stated in writing.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of services rendered, all payments, deposits, and retainers are non-refundable. Once work has begun, time, strategy, and resources have been allocated and cannot be recovered.
No Guarantee of Results
While The Innovative Design Group provides professional expertise, strategic guidance, and implementation aligned with best practices, specific outcomes or results are not guaranteed. Results may vary based on market conditions, client execution, audience behavior, and factors outside our control.
